The agreement you sign at pickup is long and standard. This is the short version, in plain English, so you know what you are signing up to before you commit. Nothing here overrides the signed agreement — it is a preview.
Who drives
Only drivers named on the agreement may drive the vehicle. Additional drivers can be added at no extra cost for immediate family; £12/day for others.
What is included
Comprehensive insurance with a £750 excess. 250 miles per day. 24/7 roadside assistance via the AA. Full tank at pickup.
What is not included
Traffic fines, parking charges, toll / low-emission-zone fees. We pass these to you with an administrative fee when the issuing authority contacts us.
Replacement keys (if lost), off-manufacturer-service repairs, or damage from unapproved off-road use.
Deposit
£400 refundable deposit held at booking. Released within 48 hours of return, assuming the vehicle is returned in the condition it left and with a full tank.
Late return
Please text or call us at least four hours before your return time if you need more time. Un-notified late returns are charged at a premium day rate.
In an accident
Call 0121 449 8800 first. We will talk you through the next steps and dispatch roadside assistance if needed. Do not admit liability on the roadside.
